Terrible costumer service, always a problem to get Julie on the phone or to make a payment and then I'd get charged for being late $20. They switched my insurance to something cheaper but they never canceled what I had on time like they should so I was charged extra because they didn't cancel it when they should have and then it's my fault and now I have to pay all these fees for things that could be avoided with profesionals doing their job right.
